Hacksaw Gaming
The studio behind Chaos Crew 3
Company History
Hacksaw Gaming launched in 2018 from Sliema, Malta. The founding team came from NetEnt and Leander Games — a decade of slot-building experience before going independent.
They started with scratch cards, pivoted to slots in 2020. By 2022 they held licenses in 20+ jurisdictions with 50+ slot titles. The Chaos Crew franchise became one of their signature series.
What makes them different? Each game gets a unique mechanic. Cranky Cat multipliers in the Chaos Crew series, xNudge in Dork Unit, DuelReels in Epic Bullets and Bounty. Their 2024-2025 releases average 3.2 original mechanics per game.

Why Chaos Crew 3?
Chaos Crew 3 is the third generation of Hacksaw's biggest franchise. The Glitch Dog mechanic and CHAOS letter system are exclusive to this title. The 30,000x cap is the highest in the series — Hacksaw clearly designed CC3 for the high-stakes bonus hunting crowd.
