Chaos Crew 3 — Bonus Features
Everything in Chaos Crew 3 feeds the Reel Multipliers. Cranky Cats and Sketchy Skulls move them, Glitch Dogs keep supplying them, an Epic Drop opens the door without a scatter, and three lives-based modes decide how long you get to keep going.
Before you unlock these features, brush up with the Chaos Crew 3 how-to-play guide.

Cranky Cat Wild Multipliers
How to Trigger
The Cranky Cat lands on a reel with a multiplier badge attached. Base game allows a maximum of one per reel.
What Happens
It substitutes for every regular paying symbol, and the badge on it carries a random value between x2 and x20. When a single winning line runs through more than one cat, the badges are multiplied together first and the combined figure is then applied to the line win. Inside the bonus modes the cat reappears in a different job — as one of the four Crazy Multiplier symbols, where it multiplies a Reel Multiplier instead of a line win.
Multipliers
x2 to x20 per cat. Two on the same line multiply into each other before the payout is calculated, so a x7 and a x14 resolve as x98 on that line.
Variants
Two of the four Crazy Multiplier symbols are cats: the plain Cranky Cat multiplies one Reel Multiplier by x2 to x20, and the Epic Cranky Cat applies that same multiplication to all five Reel Multipliers at once.
Strategy
In the base game a cat is the difference between a 2x letter win and something worth watching, because the regular paytable stops at 10x for five of a kind. The Epic Cranky Cat is the one that matters for the 30,000x figure — multiplying every Reel Multiplier is a different order of magnitude from multiplying one.
| Multiplier range | x2 to x20 |
| Base game limit | One cat per reel |
| Two cats on a line | Multiplied together, then applied |
| In bonus modes | Cranky Cat and Epic Cranky Cat Crazy Multipliers |
Epic Drop
How to Trigger
Land five low-pay symbols spelling C-H-A-O-S along a horizontal row.
What Happens
You are awarded one reward spin. The five letters transform into Glitch Dogs and every other symbol on the grid is replaced with a dead symbol. The dogs then jump to new positions and settle as random Crazy Multiplier symbols, whose values feed the Reel Multipliers before the spin pays. It is the only way to see bonus-mode symbols without a scatter trigger.
Multipliers
Whatever the Crazy Multipliers reveal: x1 to x100 added by a Sketchy Skull, or x2 to x20 multiplied by a Cranky Cat, applied to one reel or to all five depending on which version lands.
Variants
The Byte Me Epic Drop FeatureSpins buy at 200x runs the same drop but guarantees at least five Crazy Multipliers on every spin you have bought.
Strategy
The letters are the cheapest symbols on the paytable, which is the joke — the thing paying 2x for five of a kind is also the thing that opens the feature. Nothing about the order they land in is under your control, and an Epic Drop is a single spin, not a round.
| Trigger | C-H-A-O-S across one horizontal row |
| Award | One reward spin |
| Grid | All other symbols turn dead |
| Letters become | Glitch Dogs, then Crazy Multipliers |
Crazy Multipliers & Reel Multipliers
How to Trigger
Crazy Multiplier symbols land during Epic Drops and inside all three bonus modes.
What Happens
Each of the five reels carries its own Reel Multiplier, starting at x1 and resetting once a round has paid. Four symbols move those numbers. A Sketchy Skull adds x1 to x100 to the Reel Multiplier on its own reel. An Epic Sketchy Skull adds its value to all five. A Cranky Cat multiplies its own reel by x2 to x20, and an Epic Cranky Cat multiplies every reel. The values build across the round and are awarded when it ends.
Multipliers
Additive: x1 to x100 per Sketchy Skull. Multiplicative: x2 to x20 per Cranky Cat. The Epic versions of both apply across all five reels rather than one.
Variants
The Korrupted K9 and An Epic Glitch add a fifth symbol, the Chaos Upgrade, which pushes an extra x1 to x100 onto anything inside the 3x3 area around it. That boost does not join the Reel Multipliers and is cleared on the next spin, and only one can appear per spin.
Strategy
The order matters more than the values. An Epic Cranky Cat is worth far more after the skulls have already loaded the reels than before, because it multiplies whatever is sitting there. Nothing lets you influence that order — but it explains why two rounds with identical symbol counts can end hundreds of times apart.
| Sketchy Skull | Adds x1–x100 to one reel |
| Epic Sketchy Skull | Adds to all five reels |
| Cranky Cat | Multiplies one reel by x2–x20 |
| Epic Cranky Cat | Multiplies all five reels |
| Reel Multipliers | Start at x1, reset after payout |
Glitch Dogs
How to Trigger
Glitch Dog symbols appear inside Epic Drops and all three bonus modes. They do not land in normal base-game spins.
What Happens
A Glitch Dog is persistent. Each spin it reveals a Crazy Multiplier value that goes onto the Reel Multipliers, then turns back into a dog and bounces to a new position on the grid, ready to do it again. That is what keeps a bonus round producing when the rest of the grid is dead symbols — and the first dog to land also refills the life meter once.
Multipliers
No value of its own. A dog reveals whichever Crazy Multiplier it lands as, so its worth is whatever the skulls and cats behind it are worth on that spin.
Variants
The Korrupted K9 guarantees one on the opening spin alongside at least four Crazy Multipliers. An Epic Glitch guarantees at least one on top of a full grid of Crazy Multipliers.
Strategy
A round with a dog bouncing around it is a round that keeps feeding the Reel Multipliers. A round without one leans entirely on fresh Crazy Multipliers landing before the life meter empties, which is the difference between the cheap mode and the expensive ones.
| Where | Epic Drops and all bonus modes |
| Behaviour | Reveals a value, reverts, jumps position |
| First dog | Refills the life meter once |
| Guaranteed in | Korrupted K9 and An Epic Glitch |
Three Bonus Modes
How to Trigger
3 scatters open CTRL + ALT + CHAOS, 4 open The Korrupted K9, 5 open An Epic Glitch.
What Happens
All three run on the same frame: a life meter set to three, a grid on which only dead symbols, Glitch Dogs and Crazy Multipliers can land, and Reel Multipliers that build until the meter empties and pays. CTRL + ALT + CHAOS is that frame with nothing added. The Korrupted K9 opens with at least four Crazy Multipliers and a Glitch Dog already down, and introduces the Chaos Upgrade symbol. An Epic Glitch is the hidden top mode: same rules as K9, but the opening spin is a full grid of Crazy Multipliers plus a Chaos Upgrade and a Glitch Dog.
Multipliers
The same Reel Multiplier maths runs in all three. What separates them is how much is on the board when the round starts, and whether the Chaos Upgrade is in play.
Variants
A Crazy Multiplier landing resets the life meter to three, which is why a round has no upper length. The Chaos Upgrade does not refill the meter, and no more than one appears per spin.
Strategy
The prices in the buy menu are the honest ranking. CTRL + ALT + CHAOS costs 100x, The Korrupted K9 costs 200x for a stacked opening grid and the Chaos Upgrade, and An Epic Glitch has no listed price at all — you reach it through five scatters or through the K9 route. A cheap mode that starts empty can die on the third spin; that is the trade.
| CTRL + ALT + CHAOS | 3 scatters — base rules, empty start |
| The Korrupted K9 | 4 scatters — 4+ Crazy Multipliers, 1 Glitch Dog, Chaos Upgrade |
| An Epic Glitch | 5 scatters — full grid of Crazy Multipliers |
| Life meter | Starts at 3, reset by any Crazy Multiplier |
| Round ends | Lives at zero — Reel Multipliers pay |
The Feature Buy Menu
Four listed options, and they buy different things — one nudges the trigger odds, one loads every bought spin with Crazy Multipliers, two hand you a mode outright. An Epic Glitch has no price of its own. Each option carries its own published RTP.

|---|---|---|---|
| BonusHunt FeatureSpins | 5x | 96.29% | Scatters land roughly ten times more often — no guaranteed trigger |
| CTRL + ALT + CHAOS | 100x | 96.41% | Direct entry to the three-lives mode, empty starting grid |
| Byte Me Epic Drop FeatureSpins | 200x | 96.38% | At least five Crazy Multipliers on every bought spin |
| The Korrupted K9 | 200x | 96.36% | Stacked opening grid, Chaos Upgrade, route to An Epic Glitch |
