Troubleshooting
Game loads slowly or freezes
Close other tabs — HTML5 games compete for RAM. Clear the cache if the game hasn't updated recently, and try Chrome on Android.
Glitch Dog animations stutter
Switch off battery saver; it throttles the GPU. Some casinos also offer a low-quality toggle that drops the particle effects.
No sound
Check silent mode. iOS holds audio back until you tap the screen once, and the speaker icon sits in the game corner.
Game doesn't fill the screen
Tap the fullscreen icon. On iOS Safari, scroll down to hide the address bar; on Chrome, add the page to your home screen.
Spin result delayed
Don't reload — the result is recorded server-side. Give it a few seconds to reconnect.
Touch unresponsive
Check for palm contact on the edge of the screen. Rotating to landscape and back forces the UI to redraw.
